Job Description:
BorderLinks, a
faith based non profit organization, is hiring a full-time
(40 hours/week)
Office Administrator to support our
Responsible for managing the
efficient operation of the office including:
answering phones and greeting
visitors, attending meetings, taking minutes,
overseeing office maintenance,
orienting new staff and other related duties.
Position provides
administrative support to the Executive Director and
assists Tucson Director
with various financial tasks including preparation
of invoices. Supervises
Housekeeper. Qualifications: minimum 2 years
office management experience;
excellent written and verbal communications
skills; bilingual
(English/Spanish); demonstrated experience with Word and
Excel; bachelors
degree preferred. Occasional travel required. Starting
salary low to mid
twenties, depending on experience, plus benefits.
