The primary purpose of this position is to assure strong start up of new NFP
programs and that established NFP implementing agencies operate with
fidelity to the program model, remain sustainable, and expand where needed
to serve more low-income, first-time mothers and their families.
 
In addition, this position participates as part of the organizations
Program Quality Support Team for the purposes of overall planning, operation
and administrative policy formation; provides assistance and consultative
services to other departments; and works closely with other staff within the
organization to support program implementation.
