Nurse-Family Partnership is a relationship-based program, and organization,
that encourages its staff at the National headquarters, as well as its cadre
of Nurse Home Visitors, Nurse Supervisors, and Implementing Agency
Administrators to focus on the power of relationships as the primary tool
for fostering learning and growth. -----------------
 
The Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for assessing the
implementation of the program, assuring fidelity to the program model, and
monitoring program performance.
In addition, this position participates as part of the organizations
Program Quality Support Team for the purposes of overall planning, operation
and administrative policy formation; provides assistance and consultative
services to other departments; and works closely with other staff within the
organization to support program implementation and performance improvement.
