Entry-Level Technical Support Analyst

Position Description:

• Responsible for resolving problems escalated by first level technical support.
• Responsible for all aspects of end-user support of proprietary software applications.
• Frequent On-Call status required.
• Work with a variety of LAN and mainframe based applications.
• Direct issues and problems to the correct area for resolution.
• Test and verify functionality of new systems prior to installation.
• Manage development of new systems or applications.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation for all supported systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or the equivalent is preferred. An Associate's degree or equivalent technical training will be considered.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN concepts.
• General technical knowledge of network and mainframe systems preferred.
• Experience providing technical support.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a professional attitude.
