Job Description:
Due to rapid growth throughout the state, United Cerebral Palsy a well
respected non-profit organization is actively recruiting superior candidates
for these essential positions. Successful candidates will possess
characteristics such as determination, empathy, and sensitivity. In
addition, qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written
communication and organizational habits which support managing a fast paced
flexible workload. A person who is clever and creative with a positive
attitude and a minimum of a BA degree is the ideal candidate. A proven track
record in a leadership / management role is essential. Professional
experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
 
Current Opportunities:
 
Augusta Residential Program Manager:
Provide overall management of the day-to-day operation for 4 residential
group homes. Requires B.A. Degree in Social Work or related field. 2-3 years
residential experience with MR/DD consumers, and a minimum of 1 year
supervisory experience. Must have excellent supervisory, oral and written
communication skills.
 
Augusta Residential Area Director:
Oversees the day-to-day operations of Residential group homes/services and
supervision of the Program Managers. Bachelors Degree in Social Service or
related field. 5 years of related experience and two years in a supervisory
capacity. Must have excellent supervisory, oral and written communication
skills.
