Position: Business Development Associate

Dolphin Laundry is looking for highly motivated business development associates to help grow the business.


Position Overview:

As a business development associate, you will be responsible for new business development in a geographic territory. This position consists of cold calling to prospect for new business, identifying prospect needs, creating and presenting proposals and solutions, impeccable follow-thru, and, above all, closing the business. We are looking for highly competitive, self-motivated individuals seeking a very challenging position with unlimited growth potential.


Applicant Requirements:

Undergraduate college degree preferred, but not required.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
Must possess excellent communication and listening skills, a likeable personality, a high degree of organization, and be relentless in your approach to business.
Previous sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Previous cold calling experience a plus.


Compensation:

Competitive base salary
Aggressive commission program without caps
Ongoing training and development
