People & Systems is assisting an international hunger-related organization
in the Boston area with their search for a development professional (4 day
work week possible).
 
LOCATION
Boston suburb
 
SALARY:
$70K - $85K plus benefits and a possible modified work week
 
OPPORTUNITY:
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced fundraising generalist or
major gifts professional to work along side a talented and recognized leader
at a small organization on the verge of exponential growth and expansion.
With so much potential for growth, this position will allow you to join the
organization in its infancy while making a difference in lives of nearly
1,000,000 hungry children. Working closely with the President and the board
of directors you will build a fundraising effort to include institutional
support, prospect research, the development of solicitation strategies and
participation in direct major donor solicitations. If you posses an
entrepreneurial spirit or have honed your fundraising skills and can
successfully meet the challenges of a shortened work week this is your next
career move.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
The position requires a BA and 4+ years of fundraising experience with a
record of soliciting major gifts from institutions and/or individuals.
Candidates without fundraising experience will NOT be considered.
