families with community resources critical to pediatric health.

At our original site in Boston, Project HEALTH partners with Boston Medical
Center (formerly Boston City Hospital) to run Family Help Desk programs in
their pre-natal clinic, newborn nursery, pediatric outpatient clinic, and
pediatric emergency department, reaching more than 1300 children and
families annually.

Project HEALTH is seeking an entrepreneurial, passionate, mission-driven
individual to oversee operations at the Boston site as it prepares for
substantial expansion. S/he will oversee Project HEALTHs existing local
operations and drive development of key institutional and funding

and national levels.
Support Project HEALTHs volunteer leaders in goal-setting, evaluation
implementation, and strategizing around program improvement.

Implement evaluation tools to measure program performance and collaborate
with local and national stakeholders to determine data-driven program
improvement strategies.

Resource Development

Project HEALTHs values and priorities.
Ensure site success with respect to Project HEALTHs resource development,
volunteer leadership, and programmatic metrics. Partner with local staff to
achieve and measure these targets.
Strategize with national staff and local institutional partners to create
a vision for additional human resource capacity on a local level.

budget, and work with staff and accountants to ensure timely, accurate, and
useful financial reporting.
