Organizational Excellence develops and teaches strategies on operational
capabilities, performance and impact. Reports created and provided by
Research, Evaluation and Learning provide invaluable information about
nonprofit best practices and policies. Social Innovation and
Entrepreneurship is a new venture that will be launched later this year.
Through the connected, collaborative work of these four focus areas, OneStar
Foundation:
OneStar is currently seeking an Organizational
Development Specialist to
work in the focus area of Nonprofit Organizational Excellence. The position
is full-time with primary responsibilities including, but not limited to,
designing, implementing, and evaluating OneStars
capacity building programs
and activities. The position will report to the Associate Director of
Nonprofit Organizational Excellence and will work in a team-based
environment with other associates.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, hands-on, organized
professional with a positive, can-do attitude. He/she must enjoy the
challenges and rigors of a rapidly growing and evolving service-oriented
organization, and enjoy working with a variety of organizations, including
faith-based and small grassroots community organizations. Flexibility,
focus and commitment to the goals of the organization will be critical.
