Job Description:
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) seeks an editor to edit
organizational publications, including written materials, Internet content,
and videotape and compact disc text contents. Candidate will have Bachelors
Degree or higher in a course of study requiring extensive writing and
editing skills, excellent knowledge of English grammar, excellent knowledge
of professional, technical, or legal terminology and writing conventions.
Must have a minimum of two years practical editing experience in a relevant
field. Candidate will have a thorough knowledge of PETA projects and animal
rights issues.
