Job Description:
Coaches work
alongside small groups of entrepreneurs in our Business
Development Training
classes. Coaches help the groups become more familiar
with the business
concepts they learn in class, and guide them in applying
those concepts to
their specific businesses and situations.
Specific Responsibilities:
 Attend Business Development Trainings every
week for 10 weeks.
 Help assigned small group learn the concepts
taught in the classes,
and apply those concepts to
their businesses.
 Keep trainers informed of groups
progress.
Time
Commitment:
Approximately 3 hours a week for a
10-week Business Development Training
cycle. The classes meet at the
Washington CASH office (
in
Qualifications:
Business
Development Training Coaches must have experience in starting or
growing
their own business or with small business development.
Willingness to commit to working with a small group within a larger
class
throughout the 10-week period.
Must be able to listen
deeply, and be understanding of the many personal
obstacles to
business-ownership our group members
encounter.
