We are a mobile auto detailing company located in the Washington
DC metro. We are looking for a part time, work from home managerial
receptionist to handle our customer service and logistics.
Compensation:
- $16.00 per
talking hour
- (Tracked by
computer, minutes rounded up)
- Commission for
scheduling appointments (2%-3% of gross sales based on longevity and
performance, on average this amounts to $5.00 to $7.50 per service scheduled)
- $40 per month
for high speed internet
- Cell phone
with 1000 anytime minutes for personal use.
- Compensation
averages $600-$1200 per month depending on call volume. (Based on last
year's volume).
Responsibilities:
- Take calls
from customers and schedule appointments
- Answer
questions about our services. Will need to develope a confident
understanding of the producst and services offered and the auto detailing
process.
- Reschedule
customers when necessary due to bad weather, sick days or other circumstances
- Call some
customers ahead of time to verify appointments.
- Provide
support for mobile detailers out on the job.
Requirements:
- Be able to
reliably answer the cell phone 7:00AM - 9:00PM, 7 days per week.
- Warm and
professional
- Excellent customer
service skills
- Excellent
sales skills
- Must be able
to take calls as early as 7AM (sometimes 6:00AM) and as late as 9PM
- Can leave the
house and run errands, etc. as long as there is adequate cell phone
reception.
- Must be able
to operate independently with very little oversight.
