Job Description:
The Sierra Club, Americas most influential environmental organization,
seeks a Computer Support Technician for our Washington, D.C. office to
perform computer
hardware/software support for staff in remote field offices. Duties include
help desk support, equipment installation & maintenance, peer-to-peer
networking support, software installation and upgrades, and inventory
control. Most support is via telephone for our remote offices.
 
Qualified candidates will have experience supporting current versions of
Microsoft Windows and Office, experience with peer-to-peer networking,
experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems, plus
excellent verbal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
multiple tasks. Experience with NTR remote control and IssueTrak a plus.
