Job Description:
The United Way of Washington County seeks an individual to fill the position
of Executive Director. The Executive Director reports to the Board of
Directors. Responsibilities include fundraising, fund distribution,
management, community and agency relations, outcomes and strategic planning.
The mission of the United Way of Washington County is to measurably improve
the lives of Washington County residents by identifying and responding to
human service needs. The organization assesses the impact of the programs
of its member agencies through measurable outcomes, and raises funds to
support those programs.
 
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree and three years of administrative experience
-Demonstrated success in fundraising
-Three years experience with nonprofits and/or volunteer management
-Willingness to reside in Washington County
-Knowledge of outcomes and outcomes measurement
