Data Entry Specialist: The candidate should posses a basic working knowledge of:

• MS Windows  Versions 2000 or XP:
  • MS Word
  • Excel
  • Outlook

• Signing on & off the system
• Launching applications
• Accessing files
• Saving work
• Printing work
• Composing e-mail
• Reading e-mail
• Sending e-mail

· Typing skills of  30 wpm  (minimum) are required.

· The ability to follow both written and oral instructions as well as communicate clearly with customers via phone and e-mail will be essential.
