  This candidate also needs familiarity with:

• Signing on & off the system
• Launching applications
• Accessing files
• Saving work
• Printing work
• Composing e - mail
• Reading e-mail 
• Sending e-mail

 

· Typing skills of  30 wpm (minimum) are required
. · The ability to follow both written and oral instructions as well as communicate clearly with customers via phone and e-mail will be essential.
· Ability to observe processes then create procedural documentation  (instructional manuals) for the use of other analysts.
· Good Writing Skills · Train  junior analysts  on how to complete the newly documented task using procedural documentation created .
· Strong command of the English language
· Ability to mentor and teach other analysts
. · This role will support  junior Team member  analysts with questions and train new analysts that support the account .
**Familiarity with IT Security /Help Desk/Trouble Shooting  is a Plus** Nidhi Khanna Senior Manager
