J Lodge ( www.jlodge.com ) is hiring quality analysts for part time work from home positions.  The Analyst will monitor and evaluate internet technical support phone calls.  The analyst will review and grade customer contact events for technical accuracy, compliance to policies and procedures and observable soft skills.  Pays up to $11.28/hour.  J. Requirements:

• Must have a home PC equipped with Windows XP, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Must have high speed internet access (Dial up is not acceptable).
• Must have a safe and healthful home office free of preventable injuries and hazards. 
• Must be able to retain information given during training. The calls are anywhere from 25 minutes to over an hour long.
• Must be able to hear and communicate well over the telephone.  These are recorded calls and hearing is a must.
• Adaptive software may be needed, as there are parts to some of the contracts that involve video.
• Minimum of an Associates Degree required, Bachelors preferred.
